[Eoscstudents] Menu for Tues. June 13

Hi folks,

We've had a busy couple of days here in the Cafeteria.  This morning 
started off with a bang, with the big breakfast for the Free Wheelers 
upstairs and plumbing problems down here that we had to get someone on 
quickly.  Are you sure it's not Monday again?  It certainly acts like it.

I need to let everyone know also, that the Coffee Shop will be closed 
all this week, so we can have Susie's help down here with all our 
campers, etc.

I didn't get to come and eat spaghetti here yesterday evening, but we 
did drive through later and it was amazing!  Tents had popped up like 
mushrooms!  Then this morning when I came to work, there was already so 
much activity going on!  These bikers are some real early birds!  I 
guess that's the best way when you have to be out in the daytime, try to 
get in a many miles as you can before it gets hot.  I hope they all make 
it to their destination safely.

Our menu for today includes:

             Turkey and dressing
             Mashed potatoes and gravy
             Corn
             Peas and carrots
             Macaroni and cheese
             Rolls

Our fast food is Dorito bake, Spanish rice and refried beans.

And for dessert we have some delicious Strawberry Shortcake.
