Hi folks,

It looks like we've gone into the deep freeze looking for temperatures 
this morning.  My computer says it's 24 degrees outside.  Definitely not 
the kind of thing I like to see.  And the extended forecast doesn't look 
like it's going to be very warm any time soon.  Looks like that winter 
wardrobe will get some use after all.

Be sure and watch the special program "Crystal Darkness" at 6:30 this 
evening on most of our local channels.  It is a special documentary on 
the Crystal Meth problem.  Sadly, probably all of us know someone whose 
life has been affected adversely by this epidemic.
   
Our menu for today includes:
             Hamburger steak
             Scalloped potatoes
             Green beans
             Winter blend vegetebles
             Baby carrots
             Fish sandwich on a bun
             Potato chips

And for dessert have some of that wonderful, luscious Peaches and Cream 
Cake.  (You'll love it!)
