Hi folks,

I hope you had a great 4th of July weekend with no mishaps or fireworks 
gone awry.  It sure turned out wetter and cooler than I had expected but 
can't say that's a bad thing.  I'm not into too much heat.  I just don't 
want to move when it gets like that! 

We went to a great fireworks display put on at the Choctaw Nation 
Hospital at Talihina last Thursday night, (so that's where all that 
casino money goes!)  Then we went to Buffalo Valley on the 4th where my 
husband's family lives to see their fireworks and once again, I wound up 
driving home in a pouring rainstorm!  Didn't I say I wouldn't do that 
any more just a few weeks ago?  Oh well.  Never say never.

Here's hoping Debbie McIntyre had a great birthday on the 4th.  Pretty 
cool to have a birthday that's always celebrated by everyone, huh?

Our menu for today includes:
             Salisbury steak
             Pigs in blankets
             Scalloped potatoes
             Garden blend rice
             Spinach
             Zucchini and tomatoes
             Broccoli cuts
             French fries
             Hot rolls

And for dessert have everyone's favorite, Chocolate Cake.
