Hi folks,

Happy Late Birthday Wishes go out today to Ms. Kathy Couch, who 
celebrated her big day yesterday.   I hope she had a great day.

There should be lots of activity going on in Wilburton this weekend, as 
this is the big annual "Rodeo Weekend".  Check out the rodeo on Friday 
and Saturday nights and go see  Bill Bunting the cowboy poet and metal 
artist at The Gallery on Main Street Saturday at high noon!   His 
appearance is just one of the various events brought to you by the 
Latimer County Arts Council throughout the year.

Seems that I spoke too soon about our ice cream machine being fixed.  I 
must've jinxed it.  It's back on the fritz again. 

There still looks to be an unbroken line of 90 something degree 
temperatures coming at us for the next 10 days at least.  What a time 
for the pool to be out of commission!  It'll be great when it's back in 
use again though. 

Our menu for today includes:
             Pork loin
             Mashed potatoes and gravy
             Brussels sprouts
             Scandinavian blend vegetables
             Corn
             Beans
             Cornbread
             Deli ham and turkey
             Hot rolls

And for dessert, have a Cookie!

And don't forget our grill menu and our wonderful Salad Bar!
