[Eoscstudents] Menu for Mon. Jan. 25

Hi folks,

It's the last week of January and it sounds like it's going to try and 
remind us of  that fact before it goes away with a chilly week ahead and 
possibly even some snow!  Brrr!  Just the thought makes me want to go 
back home and hibernate!  Although if we do get the snow they've hinted 
that we might, the students could probably get one heck of a snowball 
fight going by the end of the week!

 Happy Birthday wishes go out today to Cafeteria worker, Ericka 
Killingsworth.  I hope she has a wonderful birthday with many more to 
follow.

Our menu for today includes:
             Chicken strips
             Soup and sandwich bar (Great for cold weather!)
             Mashed potatoes and gravy
             Corn
             California blend vegetables
             Sweet peas
             Hot rolls

And for dessert, have a helping of Apricot Cobbler.
