[Eoscstudents] Menu for Mon. Sept. 20

Hi folks,

Can you believe it's Monday already?  We had a really LOOONG Friday here 
in the Cafeteria with the Choctaw Nation GED Graduation dinner being 
held here  last Friday evening.  Then the weekend just zips by! 

Don't forget to put on your favorite shirt and dust off your best smile 
tomorrow or Wednesday to have your picture taken for the next issue of 
the Mountaineer Yearbook.  The photographer will be set up in the 
Student Center from 9:00 to 3:00 both days, so you should have an 
opportunity on one of those days to come by and show off those pearly 
whites.

Our menu for today includes:
          Salisbury steak
          Mashed potatoes and gravy
          Corn
          Green beans
          Black eyed peas
          California blend vegetables
      
And for dessert, have a yummy, chocolate Brownie.
