[Eoscstudents] Menu for Thurs. June 9

Hi folks,

Well, for most of you here at EOSC, this will be the end of your work 
week, but here in the Cafeteria we have one of our busiest days coming 
up tomorrow with the big annual Choctaw Nation GED Graduation Dinner 
being held here on campus tomorrow evening.  There are people from all 
over the area that attend this graduation ceremony and the following 
dinner.   They always seem to be well pleased with our new Student 
Center facility and the wonderful dinner they are served.

Our Board of Regents will be on campus today for their monthly meeting 
and luncheon. 

The Sunbelt Classic is coming right up, as is the summer Children's 
Theatre Workshop. 

My little cherry tomatoes have started ripening the last few days, and I 
went out and had one as a little pre-breakfast snack before I came to 
work this morning.  I'm looking forward to more and bigger home grown 
tomatoes as the summer wears on.  I've been faithfully watering them 
every evening, so I'm hoping they'll keep producing for quite a while.  
This is my first year to really grow any tomatoes (outside of pots, and 
that didn't work well), and I'm really amazed that I haven't killed them 
yet!

Our menu for today includes:
          Lasagna (Love It!)
          Green beans
          Corn
          Sauerkraut with little smokies
          Garlic bread
And for dessert, have a helping of delicious Blackberry Cobbler.  It's 
especially yummy with some of our soft serve vanilla ice cream on top!
