[Lender] OLAC Nominations

It is time to nominate new OLAC Officers.  We will be selecting a President
Elect and a Secretary.  Present Officers are: President - Sandra Welch,
President Elect - Ron Hancock, Treasurer - Diane Hogue, Secretary - Melissa
Elzo.  Ron Hancock will be the new President and Lynn Groves will be the new
Treasurer.  The Treasurer serves for three years and a Treasurer Elect is
selected prior to the third year.  All other office terms are one year.  

Institutional voting members shall be limited to all lenders who do business
with OGSLP and whose current membership dues ($150) are paid in full
(inclusive of secondary markets and servicers).

Tinker Federal Credit Union - Diane Hogue

OGSLP and OU are Associate, non-voting members.  

Please reply with your nominations as soon as possible so that everyone has
time for consideration prior to the OLAC meeting at OASFAA.
