[Lender] Updated FFEL Deferment Forms

Dear Colleagues:

The United States Department of Education announced approval of new FFEL
deferment request forms on July 30, 2009 in Dear Colleague Letter
FP-09-06 <http://ifap.ed.gov/dpcletters/FP0906.html> .  The new forms
approved include:

*	In-School Deferment Request 
*	Unemployment Deferment Request 
*	Economic Hardship Deferment Request 
*	Parent PLUS Borrower Deferment Request 
*	Education Related Deferment Request 
*	Public Service Deferment Request 
*	Temporary Total Disability Deferment Request 
*	Parental Leave/Working Mother Deferment Request 

These updated forms are available on the OGSLP Website
<http://www.ogslp.org/Pubs_Forms/deferment.shtml> .  We encourage you to
begin using the new forms now.  After January 1, 2010, only the new
forms can be provided to borrowers; however you may continue to process
previous versions of the form after that date.
