We also follow the Open Meetings Act.  Our City Clerk posts meeting notices
for our Board meetings.  We don't post them for committees for the same
reason as Kelly.  

 

We don't upload meeting agendas or minutes to our website, but I do make
sure to have copies in my office in case anyone wants to see them.

We do have to follow Open Meetings Act, which includes a lot more (see
attached) but we don't do that for individual committees. We WOULD have to
do that for individual committees if they include a quorum of board members.
But we make sure they don't so we don't have to do all of this for those
meetings also. :)
