The on-time rate for February was 81.5%.  As we move forward, I am guessing there will not be a lot to report regarding dollars, but I do want to point out that you may have more volunteer hours than you think.  Everyone who is a volunteer that is listening to webinars or working on projects for your program at home are volunteer hours.  And remember, all those volunteers and members that say they just don't have time working on a business inventory or creating a volunteer list, remind them that they probably do have time now!!

Remember, submitting your reinvestment reports on time gets you 5 quality assurance points and missing three in a row gets you suspension from services until a reinvestment report is submitted.
