[MainstreetTowns] New - Portal Registration Instructions

Hello everyone!

I am attaching the instructions and guide for registering and reinvestment reporting for the new portal. We will send the registration link once our IT department give me the okay, hopefully this afternoon or tomorrow.
The registration email will come from: SVC_D365-ODOC at agency.ok.gov so please check your spam mail.

Reinvestment reporting is accessible and can be entered once granted access. Everyone will be given until Oct 17th to enter Sept. Reinvestment numbers without loss of points.
If you have sent me your reinvestment numbers by email, you will need to enter into the new portal by the Oct. Date.

Board presidents will need to register as well, as they are the backup to the director for reinvestment reporting. Unless your office has a 2nd person to enter should you be out.

Keep in mind the site is still under construction, all resources are not loaded or accessible yet.
