[Oacrao-l] Concurrent Students and Eliigibility

Sherron,

Concurrent students can be placed on Academic Probation if their GPA is below retention standards.  If they are placed on probation, they are not eligible to attend as a concurrent student the following semester.  Concurrent students have to make a 2.0 GPA to continue as a concurrent student.

Those students who are placed on probation can return after graduating from high school but they are admitted on probation.

Can anyone remember if and where to find anything that says univerisites are not able to place concurrent students on academic probation or suspension?

Does anyone make copies of the above referenced information to document their student's file?  If not, how do you handle verification that they are in the military, a permanent resident or a naturalized citizen?
