Good morning all, the webinar policy workshop will be held July 14 from
1 to 4:30 p.m.  The Council on Instruction (state academic officers) and
OACRO will receive information about how to connect and the materials.
Some institutions schedule a conference room with capabilities for a
group or my understanding is the software may be downloaded on
individual computers.

Dear Members,

 

Please find attached a letter of clarification concerning the use of the
residual ACT and the admission of students.  The was just issued by the
Vice Chancellor for Academic Affairs, Houston Davis.  You may have
already seen this letter since it went to your COI member.  This is a
follow-up to discussion between the regents and OACRAO at our spring
policy workshop.

 

I am sure this will be discussed in further detail at the Policy and
Procedures Workshop scheduled to be held on July 14.  I am not sure if
this is going to be done remotely as it was last year or if they plan to
reconvene together this year.  I suspect it will be remote again.  To my
knowledge nothing has been published on it but you will want to mark
your calendars with this date.
