[Oacrao-l] VA staff at your institution

OSU-OKC has 400 veterans with one full-time staff member dedicated solely to that function.  She is considered a staff member of the Registrar's office, however, is housed seperately in the Veterans Center.  She has 4 VA workstudies to assist.

One of our Admission counselors is the VA certifying official. This is part of her duties as an admissions counselor. We service about 200 veterans.

Greetings!  At ORU our VA certifying officer is housed in the registrar's office and has other responsibilities.  Is the staff member who assists your VA students a full-time, dedicated staff person or do they have other responsibilities as well?  What all are their responsibilities (feel free to send a job description if possible).  Also, what office are they housed in?
