Hi, David.

It depends on whether or not you've got all the grades.    You control the ability to view the grades via SSB on the SOATERM form.    Once the grades have been rolled the faculty member can't change them via SSB, so you can go back into SOATERM and check the Final Grades box, and this will let the faculty see them on the final grades worksheet and on the summary class roster.

I turn grading back on after all the grades have been rolled (or I've put in a dummy N (missing) grade).   Makes the faculty happy.    If you only make grade changes on SHAINST, though, you might get questions about grade changes, since you'll have a mismatch.

My office uses INB and I don't know enough about the SSB side of things to know if this is possible.  Our faculty are wanting to go back into SSB and review their final grades after they have been submitted and grade entry is no longer possible.  To my knowledge they cannot do this, but then again there may be some functionality that we don't have turned on.
