[Oacrao-l] Electronic Transcript question

Hey, Kristie! Happy New Year to you as well.

We receive electronic transcripts from everyone under the sun but in terms of sending we use Credentials/e-ScripSafe. The institution does not charge a fee. Only the service fee that is charged by the vendor is passed on to the student. We still take requests for transcripts in the office and through the mail.

I have a question regarding electronic transcript services.    For those who currently send e-transcripts, would you share the following:

1.  What vendor do you use (Parchment, Credentials/e-Scrip Safe, etc.)?
2.  What do you charge and did you have to get special approval to charge a fee?
3.  Do you require all students to go through the vendor's ordering process or do you still take requests in office?
