What office(s) make the decision or maintain the following items regarding the secondary placement assessment at your institutions?


?  Which test you use for secondary placement?

?  How the secondary placement is normed/validated at your institution?

?  How the cut scores are set?

?  What roles in the secondary placement that individuals have?


?  Who/what office on your campus has the following roles?

o   Campus Administrator (primary/overall control to set up users, etc.)?

o   Branching Decision Makers (how students route through the assessment)?

o   Testing Administrators/Proctors (who can give the test)?

o   Testing Score Users (those who use scores for enrollment, ability to benefit, etc)?
