Hi, Chelsea!

At Cameron University, we typically mail all diplomas to the address a student provides regardless of location.  Students have to specifically indicate that they would like to pick up their diploma in person as opposed to having it mailed.  If for some reason they do not pick it up, we would contact the student to determine how it should be delivered.

CU no longer charges an application for graduation fee.  Prior to the new policy, the fee was $15.

Happy Friday everyone!

How many of you mail diplomas to students that don't pick them up?  Do you charge a fee?  Do you have a policy of only mailing them outside a certain radius?  It seems that we are getting more and more graduates that want their diplomas mailed to them.  And I know we aren't the only office trying to cut down on spending so I thought I'd check to see what others are doing.
