  Hi Chelsea,

University of Oklahoma mails out all diploma's in state and out of the Country, unless the student ask for us to hold for pick up. We don't charge the students for mailing unless they ask to have it sent by Federal Express.

Happy Friday everyone!

How many of you mail diplomas to students that don't pick them up?  Do you charge a fee?  Do you have a policy of only mailing them outside a certain radius?  It seems that we are getting more and more graduates that want their diplomas mailed to them.  And I know we aren't the only office trying to cut down on spending so I thought I'd check to see what others are doing.
