When your institution is looking at statistical information (such as ethnicity) and the percentage represented on your campus, do you base it on total enrolled students or just those who disclose the information? I hope that makes sense.

Also, for those of you who offer an Ed.D. program, how many hours of dissertation do your students have to complete and, if known, what is the average number of dissertation hours that are completed.
