[Oacrao-l] Withdrawal Policy

OU has the grade of W or F in the policy for Graduate-level programs: for a 16-week (full term) course, it would be the 7th through 10th week (and, 4th through 5th week for a 8-week course).  It's called "Period III" and follows both the free add/drop period (I) and automatic W period (II).

For Undergraduate-level programs, there are 3 periods of processing.  Free add/drop (period I) first 2 weeks of 16-week course (first week for 8-week one), then automatic grade of W (3rd through 12th week of 16-week course, and 2nd through 6th for 8-week one).  Then, petition to college Dean afterwards.

We used to have a WP/WF period but just this year got rid of it.

1-2 100% refund, no transcript record
3-10 - W record, no refund
10 - 15 WP/WF
16 - no drop.
