[Oacrao-l] Inquiry about Bursar holds and transcript requests

Regarding the bursar holds issue, is anyone considering implementing a
'drop for non-payment" policy? For those of you that already have that in
place, do you drop prior to the beginning of the term or once the term has
started? What criteria do you use to determine drops? What are the
pros/cons?
