[OK-AIR] Question Regarding Student Emails and External Research Access

Hi!

Institutional Effectiveness at SWOSU does not give out information directly to the public (other than our fact book and student outcome information on our web site), so I would never be in the position of having to decide this question.   Public Affairs also does not hand out student emails, although I am told an Open Records request could be made through Human Resources.
