COFAR releases second FAQ document for OMB Uniform Guidance





On August 29, 2014, the Council on Financial Assistance Reform (COFAR) released a second document of frequently asked questions and answers related to the US Office of Management and Budget (OMB) comprehensive grant reform rules that are effective for new federal awards and changes to funding increments with changed terms and conditions issued after December 26, 2014.

The document contains many new questions and also offers revisions to the first FAQ document released earlier this year.
