[USAO-Robertson] Laundry Services-New Provider

All,

I am writing to inform you about exciting upgrades to our laundry facilities across all three residence halls.

Here's a brief overview of the timeline for these improvements:

  *   Machine removal by CSC Service Works: From August 5th to August 9th, CSC Service Works will begin removing their current machines from our facilities.
  *   Dryer Duct Cleaning: An outside contractor will clean out the dryer ducts on August 12th to ensure optimal efficiency for the new machines.
  *   Installation of new machines by Jetz Services: From August 14th to August 15th, our new service provider, Jetz Services, will install state-of-the-art machines in all residence halls.

These new machines will be compatible with the Speed Queen Insights app, allowing you to connect directly and effortlessly monitor your laundry's progress and check machine availability.

There will be a period of time (between 5-9 days) in which laundry services will briefly be unavailable as we make the transition to our new servicer. Please take steps to have your laundry done ahead of time and to have all belongings out of the machines.
