Hi Bob,
You had previously recommended OneNet provide some troubleshooting
guidelines for the Oklahoma Department of Tourism (OTDR) phone system. I
have attached a draft of the guidelines for your review. I think it would
be beneficial to meet and go over this document and clarify all other
outstanding issues.
