Happy Columbus Day everyone,

What a nice weekend we had!  I hope you all got out and enjoyed 
yourselves.  We had a good time going to a family reunion and the 
Bigfoot Festival.  (No, they were not the same event.)  And just think, 
in a couple of weeks we'll be having the Fall Festival here!   Get ready 
to shop!

In case you haven't heard, our own Sue Lovett of Student Support 
Services was the big winner of the Choctaw Nation Travel Plaza grand 
prize of $1,500 worth of gasoline at their Customer Appreciation Day 
last Friday.   I bet she loved it, too.  We may have trouble keeping her 
at work now that she has so much gas money to blow!

Our menu for today includes:

          Meatloaf
          Mashed potatoes and gravy
          Green beans
          Rice
          Pasta bar
          Rolls

Our fast food is Chicken Fajitas, Refried Beans, and Spanish Rice.

And for dessert try some luscious fruit Cobbler.
