Dear P.O. Box holder at Eastern Oklahoma State College Post Office,
As you are aware, effective May 1, 2008 the Eastern Oklahoma State College Post Office will no longer be an authorized United States Post Office branch.  U.S.P.S. Box Holders at Eastern that have three months or more left on their box rent are entitled to a refund. Eastern Oklahoma State College will remain a mail center and provide mail box service and most of the same services as before. 
To process your refund you must come to the Eastern Oklahoma State College Post Office and fill out form 3533. All refunds will be processed on April 28th and 29th, Only. You will receive a U.S.P.S. money order. The official box holder must process the refund. The funds will not be released to anyone else.
