[Eoscstudents] May Graduates

Attention May 2018 Graduates.  It is now time to complete your application
for graduation.  The application can be found in WebAdvisor under academic
planning, apply for graduation.  I also have paper copies if you prefer to
come by my office and complete the application in person.  Please be sure to
list your name exactly how you would like it to read on your diploma and
provide a correct mailing address.  I have attached an information sheet
about graduation and some university transfer information.  Please let me
know if you have any questions or need help completing your application for
graduation.
