[Eoscstudents] EOSC Flu Shots

GET YOUR FLU SHOT AT NO COST!!!



Choctaw Nation will be on campus administering flu shots with the
assistance of our Nursing students on Thursday, October 10, 2024, from
10:00 AM - 2:00 PM.



Please print and complete the attached consent form to turn in when you
receive your shot. I have also attached a flyer. Please feel free to post
in your department.
