OACRAO Members:

As previously announced, the 2011 COI Policy Workshop will be held *via
webinar* this coming *Thursday, July 14th at 1:00 p.m.*

* *

*IMPORTANT NOTE: There will be limited viewing space available at the State
Regents' office*.* *Chief Academic Officers (CAO) have been informed there
is a limit of *2 *people per campus who may attend in person. CAO’s were
asked to RSVP due to space being limited an on a first-come first-serve
basis.

* *

Participation information is provided below:

· Resource documents, the policy and procedures manual and the
PowerPoint presentations that will be discussed at the policy workshop are
located on the State Regents’ website at
www.okhighered.org/academic-policy-wksp/.

· Additionally, the webinar login instructions and login site are
also available on this webpage. This information may be useful to your IT
department and for those of you viewing the webinar on your individual
computers. The document will guide you through the process of installing the
correct software on your computer to view the webinar as well as joining the
webinar after you install the software. *It is important to note that our
Videoconference Department indicates that this software will NOT work with
Apple® products*. You may want to download the software on your machine in
advance of the webinar following the directions in the instructional
document in coordination with your local IT department. This step may save
you some time on the day of the webinar.

· The conference ID is: *0108*. You will need this ID to
participate in the webinar.

· When you login to the webinar, if you only have one group from
your institution attending, log in as an institution, for example, “OU.” If
there are multiple people from your institution viewing at different
computers or sites, please have them log in as an individual, for example
“OU_Jane Doe”.

· Please remember to adjust the volume on your computer or machine
to help with feedback.

· And lastly, you will have the capability to ask questions. We
will have someone in the room managing the questions and we will try to
answer as many as possible.

State Regents' staff are preparing carefully for this second annual policy
workshop webinar and hope it is a success and useful to the State System. If
you have any questions after reviewing this information, please let us know.

Cheers,

José
