[Oacrao-l] Degree verify file to G status with NSC

Redlands has analyzed our first 'records not moved to G' report. About ¼ of the students on that report re-enrolled here.  The 'early registration report' we run each term is before the submission of the graduate data, simply because the Registrar's office is still in the middle of verifying and posting degrees.  The G status will not update in those cases, per my conversation with Clearinghouse support, as the active enrollment (F, Q, H, L)  'overrides' a graduate status (G).  So far, in our analysis of the other ¾  of the list, we are finding that those students have transferred to another institution. I have an email out to Clearinghouse support about why a G is not posted for us, thus closing out the student's record here and then posting an enrollment status at the transfer institution for the next term.

Yes. I have spent over 2 hours with clearinghouse trying to straighten this all out. They were very helpful and I think we have everything situated. They are starting a new system of cross checking so more records did not move to G. Very frustrating but we hope to clean up our transitions so this will happen less in the future.

Greetings, all. We have noticed a change in just the last month where a graduate enrollment status is not being generated for some of the students that are submitted in our degree verify file to the Clearinghouse. Is anyone else experiencing that and if so are you seeing any pattern to it?
